Refund/Return policy.

BROP Commerce Alliance, S.A. de C.V. hereinafter referred to as “1000 Supplements”, have a 15- day return/refund policy, which means you have 15 (fifteen) business days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The complaint letter addressed to the manufacturer must contain at least the following information: (Full name and contact information (telephone and valid email address, product name and specifications, batch number, photographs for proof, brief description of the issue, etc.)

1000 Supplements may receive complaint letters addressed to the manufacturer and redirect them to it.

If your return/refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 5-15 (five to fifteen) business days starting when your return got approved.

1000 Supplements declare and inform that for all legal purposes that it only acts as a marketer or sales agent with respect to the products advertised and sold on this website, so it does not assume or assume any legal or commercial responsibility for the products.

The User agrees to assert all warranties and claims regarding the products directly with the Manufacturer or through 1000 Supplements. 

The Manufacturer is solely legal and commercially responsible for manufacturing, manufacturing defects, and for damages in general, and for consequential damages caused using the products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or in some cases we will ask you for an alternate payment method to be refunded in, both processes taking within 15 (fifteen) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions to refunds and replacements.

1000 Supplements will not issue a refund, credit, or replace a product under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Address – If the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the courier, resulting in the shipment being returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the costs of reshipping once a corrected address is confirmed with you.

Unclaimed Shipments – If shipments are not claimed and are returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs to either yourself, your customer, or who you ordered the product for, as applicable.

Buyer's Remorse – Our company strictly does not offer refunds or accept returns for instances of buyer's remorse. This means if a purchase is made and the buyer later regrets the decision, regardless of the reason, we cannot provide a monetary refund or allow for the return of the item. It is crucial for customers to be certain of their purchase decisions, as we are unable to accommodate returns or refund requests on this basis.

Order Cancellation Post-Production – If you decide to cancel an order when it is in the "Accepted" status, but the product has already been prepared by the fulfillment team, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
